Take the first step towards healing by reaching out to me. You can do this by filling out the contact form on this website or by giving me a call. I'm here to listen and offer support right from the moment you make contact.
Once you've reached out, we'll schedule an initial consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and determine if we're a good fit to work together. It's a relaxed and confidential conversation where you can ask questions and share what's been on your mind.
After our initial consultation, if we decide to move forward, you'll be asked to fill out intake forms. These forms gather important information about your mental health history, current challenges, and personal details. They may also include consent forms and policies regarding confidentiality, cancellations, and payment.
In your first therapy session, you'll have the chance to delve deeper into your reasons for seeking therapy, establish goals and begin discussing your experiences and challenges. This session sets the foundation for your therapeutic journey. You'll have a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, and I'll be here to guide you every step of the way.
