Guiding You Through Life Challenges with Compassion and Understanding

In my therapy world, it’s all about you. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques to match what works best for you. Outside the therapy room, I’m a part-time professor at Bridgewater State University Graduate School of Social Work, where I get to share real world experiences and pass on my passion for making a positive impact.

I prioritize creating a warm & empathetic environment where you feel truly heard and understood. My person-centered approach means that our work together revolves around your journey, ensuring that you feel empowered to make meaningful changes. I’m here to support you in exploring and navigating life’s challenges. Together, we’ll set achievable goals and work towards outcomes that enhance your overall well-being.
